So you've decided to sell! Excellent choice. For all the reasons we've been talking about over the last couple weeks, it seems to me that this really is a great time to put your home on the market. We have talked about what upgrades you could do to attract potential buyers as well as how best to show your home through static pictures as well as virtual tours. You've got this!
