During this time, we have remained committed to helping home buyers and sellers. We continue to list properties, show property and help sellers and buyers get to the closing process. We achieve these goals with an eye always on the health and safety of our clients and team members. We are still actively showing property, and below are some details on our showing protocols.  Â
We continue to monitor the situation, day by day, hour by hour, to ensure our policies are effectively ensuring the well-being of you, our agents and our staff. We hope you are staying safe & healthy. Â
I've enjoyed the roomy space of a 5,000 square foot home and honestly loved my 300 square foot cabin in Lincoln. It goes without saying, the larger homes I have occupied provided far more space (obviously) to "live". You have room and a spot for all of your stuff. The Christmas decorations have a home and don't have to live under the bed. Of course everything related to a larger home is more expensive. Are the days of the "tiny home" numbered? During this odd time in our lives the folks at realtor.com® and Toluna Insights surveyed 1,300 homeowners to get their thoughts on their l...
There are two crises in this country right now: a health crisis that has forced everyone into their homes and a financial crisis caused by our inability to move around as we normally would. I understand that compared to the rest of the world and in many places in the country this is not very long. But, for an administrator/Broker for an office of 7 agents, an Executive Assistant and a satellite office of 5 agents I am lonely. The typical day would be blistering fast with agents that fly into the office and stop and tell me that they just met with a great person that wants to list their house or that they just showed 4 great properties and will be writing up an offer soon. Then there will be that agent
that fill me in and catches me up with what is hap...
